Computer Trouble shooters was highly recommended to me by the facilitor of computer courses at my local library. Simon at Computer Troubleshooters has been a great help to me as I navigate issues with my computer. He's promptly responded to my questions and has managed all aspects of my machine. He's taken the time to explain what's happening along the way. He's a kind, polite person who's solved ALL my computer concerns to date. Thank you!

Highly recommend to anyone who has PC and networking issues. Simon did a great job on setting up my new system in the office that can save me lots of time on manual backups and free space on my PC. I've been using Simon for the last 3 years with all sorts of PC problems and found Simon is very professional and has attentive service. Thank you Simon for your great advice too.

Simon Han from CTB is an excellent and responsive professional. I have been in situations which were critical and I have had an immediate response if he is available but obviously he works with may clients but the worst situation has been a wait of 2+ hours. The matter is generally resolved with great speed and accuracy but if the problem is difficult he has other resources that can help resolve problems. I have never had any real down time due to a lack of action by Simon. I find his approach refreshing and focused. I find his approach positive.
