Had a really good experience with all the guys involved in the process of purchasing an imported car from them. All the people that I had dealt with either directly, or indirectly were very professional, intelligent, kept myself well informed about owning a Japanese car + had all the paperwork. And above all displayed awesome customer service skills to deliver an awesome experience. 5/5 would recommend to anyone looking to buy a car from them; import or not.

I first found about these guys through Gumtree and have sent an inquiry through it on the 23rd of June along with other competitors. They were the only one that didn't reply to date,therefore, i rang today and the person on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional in dealing with me over the phone. I asked his name twice because i wanted to note who i spoke to after discussing with my wife about commitment to purchase a vehicle we like at this unprecedented time and his reply was "what do you want?". Normally i would have hung up by then but since i was really interested in the vehicle he had i took in his rudeness and continue to ask him about the particular car's availability and normal queries to see when he imported, has the vehicle ever been registered here in Australia, the de-registered paperwork from Japan, auction paper, grade of the car at the time of purchasing and lastly where in japan it was imported. He then started to crack at me and started to get aggressive. He started off by saying " mate, it was an import from Japan, don't have details of where it was imported from, you're not buying a new car, its a second hand car, if you're going to ask me all this why don't you import it yourself. At this moment, i lost my frustration with his rudeness and unprofessional service i am experiencing and responded by saying "Excuse me, do you understand that i'm a customer and i have right to ask these questions since i'm not an amateur who are looking to get an imported car as i have imported cars here before". He then said "Then imported it yourself, don't waste my time." I couldn't believe i was having to go through this experience as a consumer dealing with a salesman. Be prepared to have to deal with this sort of experience if you're gonna go through them or at least i hope this review will change his attitude and behavior against others who approach them in the future.
