My architectural requirements were complex. I needed a new house to fit behind and compliment an existing local heritage item. Tony Fragar came up with an ingenious 'Y'- shaped dwelling that accommodated difficult access and aspect demands. He also specified some rustic recycled materials to help it blend with the semi-rural and heritage setting. It was immediately approved by Council and everything came in on time. I definitely recommend Tony Fragar Architects.

I engaged Tony Fragar to be my architect for my beach house renovation and addition. He quickly offered me alternative layouts with respect to internal space allocation. I was therefore able to clearly assess my options and adjust my expectations. Tony Fragar Design Architects seamlessly delivered on the DA & CC documentation and application/ approval process - resulting in a completely satisfactory build.

We made a general inquiry about maximising the potential of our property to suit our needs. Tony Fragar promptly visited and compiled a list of what we wanted. He then balanced that up with all the Council planning constraints. In a short time we had a diagrammatic plan of what would fit where - indicating a logical layout which made all our options clear. He couldn't have been more helpful.

We had ideas about how our new homestead would be. Tony Fragar was immediately able to translate these into an on-site concept. The vision was for a small collection of buildings that addressed the views, the conflicting northern orientation ..... as well as the approach to the site from the opposite direction. This showed lateral thinking as well as sensitivity to our needs. We were so impressed.
