Dr Shahidi Rhinoplasty Specialist

So far my experience with doctor Shahidi and his practice has been outstanding and far above my expectations. I've had two consultations previously and I did not feel comfortable with those surgeons. I went into Doctor Shahidis practice with no expectations thinking there is a chance I may feel the same about this practice but I could not be more wrong . From the moment i walked in from the lovely receptionist right through to the calming presence of Dr Shahidi and then a very experienced and professional coordinator, i felt calm and comfortable. I feel they all went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and informed. There was no pressure at all or any doubt in my mind that Dr Shahidi is the best choice i can make. The consultation was realistic and informative. Dr shahidi was calm and knowlegable and really took his time and put thought into the consultation and I finally feel comfortable letting somebody perform on my face. I am so excited for this surgery now and I could not recomend this practice more highly.

I saw Dr Shahidi 3 times over the course of around 10 plus years, he never once made me feel bad for not committing to the surgery sooner, I finally went ahead with my surgery 5 months ago and it has been the best decision I have ever made. Over the years I visited other drs and saw their work on people I know. I knew deep down shahidi was the best, he is honest, and won't promise unrealistic visions for your nose. It doesn't take 6 months to see him and another 6 months to have surgery for nothing, it's a testament to his work and referrals. I am still swollen due to the process but I feel so much better and I love my shape, I can only imagine how much better it will look at the two year mark. Having two other non cosmetic surgeries in the past, I understand the post op blues and sudden shocks you can experience but this time round with the very well set up after care plan set out for patients I have been fine. At first I wasn't sure about why all patients had to speak to dr Shab, but after a few chats with her I realised how beneficial and smart it was that this is part of your pre and post op journey. You don't have to feel bad calling the clinic and bothering the receptionist with all your questions when you have access to dr Shab who is dedicated to you, she also gives you realistic knowledge and guides you and your support people to having the best possible experience. I want to thank Dr shahidi, Dr shab, the nicest staff and nurse. You made my experience so much better than I could have ever thought it would be.

I can not thank Dr Shahidi & his team enough!! They have been so accomodating and helpful throughout this whole process. I never once was left unsure about something as they were constantly teaching me and explaining everything to me about the whole process of getting your nose done. The results are even better than I ever would expect, Dr Shahidi has improved my breathing, nose structure and overall confidence. Highly recommend them!!

Im posting this for anyone contemplating a rhinoplasty. About a year ago I booked in to see Dr Shahidi and I thank my lucky stars that they request a psychology appointment prior to booking in the surgery. I cant express my gratitude for Dr Mireskandari and how my life and self worth has completely turned around since our first session. Id spent years of my lifeand when I say years I mean at least 10-15 long and relentless years constantly doubting my looks and my worth while directing all of the negative aspects of my life to the shape of my nose. A year later and $15k or so still in the bank my confidence has never been better and Im so genuinely happy. To anyone out there who feels exhausted by the way they look and who spends a relentless amount of time focusing on it I cant recommend Dr Mireskandari highly enough. To think back to the me this time a year ago it feels unrecognisable. I promise you can find the beauty in yourself and rid those nasty, rude and downright disrespectful thoughts from your mind - be gone! Life is for living you beautiful b*tches!

I just wanted to share my positive experience from my consult yesterday as I know a lot of research and thought goes into choosing the right surgeon to see. I have spoken to many surgeons in Turkey and they all are very quick, short, you show them a picture of a nose you want and they promise you that you can have it, without even having seen your nose in person to know whats going on inside. Dr Shahidi was completely transparent and forthcoming about the risks having surgeon can have on your mental health. I in no shape of form felt like I was hearing a sales pitch. Actually neither him or his assistant put me on the spot to ask me if I wanted to book in. They provided with information (like a consultation should) and I walked away feeling informed and able to have a proper think about whether I want to move forward with it. There are a lot of negative reviews in regards to having to see a psych.. as soon as I said I am already connected with one, he said it would be even better if she was the one I used for support before, during and after the surgery. As my therapist would know me. Although the quote is alot higher than surgeons overseas, I know I would feel the most safe and supported going with dr Shahidi. hope this helps someone
