It's ok to recycle your bottle. It seems though that altleast one of the ports is out of order. Glass is often full so at times it can be challenging to recycle bottles.

Came out to do a job for a friend. Charged like a wounded bull!! I would NEVER have them anywhere near my place because I don't want to be ripped off to that grand scale.
