I cannot rate Dr Valmadre and her beautiful team of Sue and Bridget highly enough. Professional, empathetic, clever, knowledgeable, patient, and with continuing extraordinary care of, and commitment to, me, my whole experience: from pre-op to post-op has been faultless. I have been incredibly fortunate and am thankful in so many ways, to have had the best gynaecological medical team in my corner. xx

Dr Valmadre was our OB for the birth of our first baby. Her and her team were nothing short of amazing during my pre natal care and especially my birth. I felt completely assured in all aspects of my pregnancy and all of my choices were supported entirely. If youre reading this and considering Dr Valmadre, rest assured you are making the right decision.

I am so forever grateful for the care I have been given by Dr Valmadre during a very stressful time. She is a lovely, kind and incredibly skilled professional. The ladies that work with her are also wonderful and organised everything for me so fast and with ease. Thank you.

I have visited Dr. Sue Valmadre for a few appointments over the last two years and I believe she is a very competent and professional doctor. However, I wish I could say the same for her receptionist. I was running late for a recent appointment (first time ever), and contacted the clinic to let them know, and was met with some incredibly rude and disrespectful attitude from the receptionist, and she was not very understanding to my situation at all. Now, I realise we all have bad days, but its not very professional or pleasant to take it out on others, especially when they are paying top dollar for a medical service. If anything its a receptionists job to be kind, courteous, and put a patient at ease. However, I felt attacked, shocked, and upset by this receptionist, and it seems Im not the only patient to receive the same poor treatment and feel compelled to mention it in a review. As a front desk representative for a any service, respecting the customer/patient is the first rule of customer service, regardless of how stressful your day has been. Please try to do better.
