Jason and his team are the best! Ive used Jason to buy, sell and for property management and nothing is ever a bother. His staff are incredibly friendly and genuine.

We are currently in the process of buying a house in the wollongong region We have been looking for 9 months or so, and will buy through another real estate agent. We are sad about this because we would much rather have bought through Jason and his team for Betschwar and Co. Why? Because in 9 months and maybe 5-10 listings visited through them, I never once had the feeling I was lied to. Jason and team just answered my questions truthfully, every time, and whenever I checked with neighbours / council / RPData or other means, the story held true and was corroborated That is so rare in the real estate market that I think it is worth noting, and I would give 6 stars to this review if I could :) Jason Laila and Bowie even went above and beyond many times, by either inviting me to unlisted properties, trying to find creative solutions for us so the properties would fit our needs, and even helping us do some detective work to find the owners of a block of land adjoining a property we were interested in Again, compared to how we have been treated by other agencies (not all, but some), this is a world of difference! Thank you, and Im sorry we will not buy through you guys. Turned out the house we wanted more was sold by somebody else See you around in a few years when we buy our next one in the area!
