Would highly recommend Tarl and all the team at McGrath - in 20 years of renting they were a stand out and when we ended our lease to move into out own home they were amazing. Everythjng down to inspections and bond realise was seamless and communication was timely. We had maintenance issues due to the bad rain last year and repairs were prompt and immediate Thank you Tarl and team

Absolutely atrocious customer service since they were newly bought out. Despite multiple calls to their office they continuously take out multiple rental payments even though they are only meant to take out ONCE weekly. They don't seem to understand why this is a problem nor do anything to rectify the issue. Only offering to reverse the payment a week after taking it out. Absolutely disgraceful!
