Dr. Deshpande Sham

Dr Sham was a phenomenal doctor. My father had a broken Fibula, tibia, femur and humerus. My father was riding a motorcycle at 22 and was hit by a car. He is alive because of this absolutely fantastic doctor. He is now 60 and works on earthmoving. He owes his life to Dr Sham. It was many years ago, but He speaks VERY VERY highly of this doctor and adores him to this day.

Dr. Deshpande is one of the most respected surgeons in the region who has improved the quality of life for countless patients. I personally had a fantastic experience with the doctor. He is approachable, communicative and down to earth. Thank you Dr. Desh.

This piece of refuse said that my spinal injury was faked, he lied saying he never saw my xrays and was hostile through the whole thing... the guy got me cut off payments, I spent 6 years in court afterwards proving it was real and winning without hassle, it just took time... This man is the biggest piece of refuse I have ever met. If he is your "IME" CHANGE IT!! He only cares for the money they give him. Do. Not. Use. Him. Honestly please argue for another he is worse than rat waste.

I had a total left knee replacement in August 2012. By June 2015 it had to be redone ( by another surgeon in Sydney) My leg was crooked, and the bone was cracked. Quite frankly I wish I could turn back the hands of time, then I wouldnt have to have had it redone ( which is never as successful) The hospital Figtree Private was terrible, as was rehab in Shellharbour Private. It was a joke- no water rehab at all. The moral is- I should have done better research, and not been operated on down the south coast, but instead have had a good surgeon in Sydney, as I did with my right knee replacement, which has been completely successful.

I had to go to Dr Deshpande for an IME review, he dosnt listen , wanted to know more about my house than my injured knees which are both down to the bone. He is totally incapable of connecting injuries to eqiupment at work , has no idea of industrial eqiupment movements or weights. I told him during the appointment on numerous occasions that my left knee was the most painful, he wrote right knee. He halved the weights I was lifting regardless of the weight tag photos I showed him that proved 100% the accurate weight. Despite all the evidence I took into the consultation he disregarded all of it and told lies through out the report. His high and mighty attitude is a disgrace to the profession . He is an EML suado employee, totally disinterested in patients facts or truth. Would never recommend him to anyone.
