Brett, Rachael and Ash are top tier, customer service over the phone is kind and caring, as soon as you walk through the doors always a warm welcome, Ash is extremely talented and solved my Red eye issue. Would recommend making this mob your go to optometrist, thanks guys

The best I've been to from start to finish. Never made to feel i had to buy anything extra that I didn't need. I was wearing my new glasses within a week not 6 weeks I will always buy from Wollongong City Optical. if they move i will travel to where ever they go to.

From the moment you enter you are greeted with warm, friendly and knowledgeable staff. A HUGE range of eyewear to choose from. Very comfortable in the fact you are in safe hands when it comes to your eye care. I suggest you pop in and see for yourselves.Thanks to an amazing team.

Stellar service and an all round awesome experience by the Team at Wollongong City Optical. From eye testing through to my first ever pair of glasses was made very simple by the experts. As a 50 something male that has made excuse after excuse and secretly stealing my Wife's glasses, I can now see with my rocking multifocal glasses, noting Rachel the Superstar picked out the frames that rocked first attempt even though I tried many different pairs, always came back to the first. Oh Brett did help but it was Girl power all the way with Ash and Rachel. Look forward to future visits to help me with a few eye issues found. Trust, service and friendliness like this is rare nowadays, cannot recommend this Team highly enough. Oh I am told I now look like a bearded George Clooney, Thanks Team! Sorry George.

Ashleigh is a fantastic optometrist who listened to my concerns and the type of glasses that I prefer. Rachel and Brett were excellent when helping me choose frames that suited me and were ready very quickly. I would highly recommend Wollongong City Optical to my friends and family.
