Wow, Michelle and Tony went out of their way to help us out when I gave them the complete wrong month we were leaving and on the day of going to the airport I rang them and said I had made a major problem and Michelle rearranged her day to come and pick up our family and get to the airport on time!! She also sorted out the pick up date as I had that wrong too. From the bottom of our hearts we really appreciate the effort and the most beautiful customer service level you guys delivered!!!! Thanks you!!!!

We used Superior Hire Cars yesterday for our wedding, not only were they the cheapest but Gordon our limousine driver was an absolute top guy with the patience of a saint. He had to wait for us to get our photos done which took longer than expected but was also dealing with our children whilst we were away can't thank Gordon enough! both Samantha and myself would recommend 10/10

I have never had better service from a hire car service in this area. I regularly use their airport transfer service and have had to change my booking 3 times in 3 days. The answer has always been "No Problem". If you book for whatever event you have, the answer has always been no problem. Friendly, courteous drivers, makes the trip enjoyable.
