        Don't pay out insurance!!

        Nightmare to cancel a policy. They send a renewal saying it will auto debit the new amount (30% higher!) Then when you ring to cancel get ready to be on hold forever and be forced to reidentify yourself over and over again giving exact same details before being transferred to a new team. Never would use them again.
