Bel Mondo Apartments

Stayed for 2 nights, Mario was super friendly and room was spacious and clean. Great location walking distance to bars restaurants / beaches and secure parking too. Plenty of choices and short walk to Keira St for food/drinks. Will stay again.

Room was nice and clean. Owner Mario was rude, condescending and lied to gain access into my room. Lies included having someone over I shouldnt have - to which I said check the camera and he immediately changed the subject. Checking the smoke alarm - I gave him access to my room and he walked through without checking the alarm and said the owner instructed him to do so. In conclusion, the rooms are nice, location is nice, however Mario is extremely rude and intrusive, my stay ended up being very uncomfortable and not to mention the constant footsteps heard coming from the upper floors. If you want peace and quiet, look elsewhere as this is not the place to rest. BE WARY OF THIS PLACE. Rooms: Clean

I value peace and quiet very highly. I specifically requested a quiet room. I did not get that. The person in the room above me made loud banging noises and stamped his shoes as he walked.
