It's with deep disappointment that I must agree with the other reviews. I've been a loyal member of Peoplecare since 2003, initially joining as an overseas student and eventually becoming a gold member. After two decades of paying my membership fee and rarely making any claims, I was shocked to learn today that my claim was even less than what their current simple extras customers receive. It is disheartening to think that a company that I have entrusted my healthcare needs to would attempt to take advantage of my loyalty in such a manner. I hope that someone from Peoplecare will reach out to me soon to address my concerns. I attempted to call them today during their business hours, but after waiting for 30+ minutes, I was unable to get through to anyone at all!

Long-time member with thousands paid in premiums. Now in search of reputable healthcare insurer that ensures policy coverage is consistently communicated through all channels. Wouldnt recommend Peoplecare to anyone.

Had a few claims....no hassle to claim and just received the second bonus payment of $420 due to the company having a surplus after the pandemic. Fabulous!!

Gold member, maximum cover, nothing changed in 12 years membership. We feel that the brains behind the scene have neglected the best coverage and the loyal members. Now is time to move on and pick another health fund. Customer service was excellent but the fact that the benefits were not improved during these last 12 years is the result for the 1 star. So, if you are a Gold member, put pressure so that the benefits increase according to the increase of the premium and costs. As a high paid member I think we deserve that the benefits are the best. Well, now too late for myself and husband, we moved on. But a lesson to learn....
