Innovatus Projects did a fantastic job on converting an abandoned warehouse to an amazing medical centre. Since completion of the project, Innovatus has also installed an xray room, additional consulting rooms and more. Many of the patients and visitors to our centre have commented on the quality of the fit out, layout and the overall aesthetics. Nick and Maria are a pleasure to work with and have an amazing team who can deliver projects on time, on budget and to a high quality. They have a high degree of integrity, professionalism and keep clients updated throughout the entire project. If I was to ever do another commercial fit out again, I would certainly be looking to work with Innovatus Projects.

Nick and his team did the fit out for our orthopaedic foot and ankle centre in 2020. They were excellent - kept to some challenging timelines (in the middle of a pandemic), were realistic and honest with costs and created a beautiful finished product (which we frequently get comments about). Nick delivered our office renovation project on time and with little fuss. Really easy to work with him. Good communication. He knows the ins and outs of working in large office buildings, taking away all the stress and administration. Thanks very much, would recommend.

Nick is great to work with. He understands what needs to be done and does not make an easy task difficult in any way. He is quick in his responses and will make the effort to attend site to clarify solutions for any problems that arise. I would definitely recommend Innovatus for fitout works.
