        Had a meeting with a representative at the branch and provided all details to open a company bank account and no one has come back to us since. Called to the branch yesterday and was told that someone will contact us immediately but it didnt happen. Was handled by Nancy Lopreiato. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

        The regular staff on counters are always friendly and helpful. I seem to pick the worst times to attend - I always seem to be behind someone that has multiple/lengthy updates.
