Absolutely terrible experience, dont waste your time or money. I booked a Telehealth appointment with Dr Rao regarding a life threatening revision surgery I need after a previous failed back surgery. I took the afternoon off work to fit in with his schedule and after waiting 30 minutes I emailed to make sure there were no tech issues. No reply to my email, and no courtesy call. After 1 hour of waiting I left. My appointment was at 2:30pm and at 4:00pm his receptionist called and said he was now ready to see me. No apology or explanation why. They were rude and did not show any ounce of care. If this is how they treat people before surgery, Id hate to see what its like after they get your money.

After being admitted to emergency at Norwest Private Hospital in terrible pain then after an MRI, next day Dr Rao diagnosed a large cyst between the L3 and 5. He operated late on the afternoon the next day and I was pain free the day after. I am very grateful to him, Dr Jabir, Dr Reddy and his team for the care and support the gave me, particularly after finding out that some of them put off engagements to care for me. My husband, family and myself cannot thank them enough for what they did.

Dr Rao is a miracle worker! I thought I had sciatica for about a month but things got significantly worse. My GP had organised a CT scan and a Cortisone injection into the spine but it didn't work. I had an appointment to see Dr Rao at his rooms but the pain down my right leg was so severe that I could not walk so I went to Emergency at Norwest Private Hospital. Prescription pain killers had no effect. I was admitted and Dr Rao organised an MRI. My condition was so severe that he had to perform emergency surgery ASAP. Turns out, the nerve down my right leg was wrapped around a bulging disc, hence the severe pain.. Dr Rao decompressed the nerve through keyhole surgery which meant recovery was much quicker. The day after the surgery the physio got me up and walking. I couldn't believe that I could actually walk and there was no pain! 4 weeks on, I am back at work and driving. My right foot still has some numbness but Dr Rao says that will get better over time and with physio in the next 2 weeks. Dr Rao is a wonderful Dr. Thank you.
