Unprofessional attitude. He walked out on a meeting with us (the client) and the project manager. who We were all discussing about unevenness with the floor he installed. Note, that this was a discussion to find out what is going on, not a blame. He threatened to walk out on an incomplete job, when he was asked to be more careful, as a scratch was found on the hybrid floor that does not appear to be from a manufacturing defect. He refused to apply gap filler between the skirting board and the floor in a small section of the room of less than 1 meter length, even though he had the tools available. (My wife and I had to do a DIY job filling up all the inconsistencies left behind throughout the house). For example, there is a room downstairs with concrete flooring and the skirting board had large gaps with the floor. (Concrete floors tend to be level). On more than one occasions, he mentioned that he needs to go to another job. It appears that his passion and concentration is lacking in his current assignment. Early in the job, he requested from me that he needed to go off early for an appointment. I agreed, we have been nice and try to promote a positive working space. However, we believe that his subsequent attitude and behaviour on-site needs to be mentioned this review. Service: Laminate floor installation
