We have been visiting Winston Hills Medical centre since we moved to WH in 2019. This facility has very good doctors. We are very happy with our regular doctor Reena, her care and diligence is amazing. All other doctors we have visited are very professional and welcoming too.

Dr. Esther should not take an appointment for a child only to decide she would feel more comfortable with a phone consult from her office IN CASE they have flu like symptoms. How does a doctor check for an infection and high temperature over the phone. Good luck getting a 2 year old to give you a full assessment - what a dud!

Found Dr Paul to be friendly and approachable. Great with kids during a consultation.

Absolutely awful experience. Not even 1 star they deserve. Very rude and irresponsible reception. I filled in the form and was not told to pay $10 at reception. I visited the Dr and waited for 1 hour to do blood testing. When I was done, I again was not asked to pay $10, and I was not aware of this payment. They called me the other day to come and pay, and I told them that as I am working till 6PM, I can only do it on Tuesday at lunch time. I received a msg to book a phone consultation with Dr to discuss on my blood test result (which is very urgent to my health). I did but, they didn't call me without notifying me that it was cancelled. I called them and they said that I haven't paid $10 and they cannot provide me anymore services. I explained them that I told you that I am available only on Tuesday lunch time, and will be there to pay on Tuesday. Waste of time and experience very bad behaviour from the reception.
