I have been customers for many years and I recommend the cleaning team. They are reliable and never miss a clean. They are careful with floors and furnitures while getting them clean. Their communication with clients is the best! They are reliable.

Put simply, a cleaning service that doesnt clean. Gym floor deemed difficult to vacuum (Ive been vacuuming it myself for years), and mirrors left with sweat marks all over them. They did the absolute minimum they could get away with and charged top billing for the privilege. When we spoke to them about cleaning issues, they showed little interest and when we discussed finishing the contract, they were all to quick to remind us we are stuck with them for 90 days! Only towards the end of this painful 90 day period, did they start asking if there was anything they could do to keep our business. Even allowing us to re-sign a new contract with a 30-day get out clause! What a joke!!!!! My advice, do not sign with these hacks! Definitely do not commit to a contract with a 90 day get out clause, when they are clearly prepared to go with a 30-day amendment. So glad its all over. We now have cleaners who come in and clean like its their own place! Goodbye!
