Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury Valley, an IHG Hotel

Definitely the best hotel I have been too in the world!! The hotel room was amazing, the modern look to it, the feel, so warm, light and cosy. The breakfast buffet was the best, I wish I could breakfast like that everyday! The manager was so warm and inviting to everyone. She made my daughter feel special and warm. She went out of her way a number of times to give my daughter the time of the day to see how she was doing and my daughter really appreciated it and made her stay extra special. I love how they had a mother day's gift and drink on Mother's Day at the breakfast. My wife had the best Mother's Day breakfast ever and it was the day we had to check out. The room service was so delicious, had the best chicken curry and burger ever. Keep it up Crowne Hawkesbury, your special customer service makes the stay extra inviting. As my family have never experienced that before. You have the BEST Manager and that customer service to go out of your way will never be forgotten.

Excellent service! Friendly and accommodating. Rooms very clean and newly renovated. Reception staff and breakfast staff the best I have ever come across. We had a wonderful 2 days here. Thank you to the lovely staff, especially Julia, who was so kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this place. Rooms: The rooms were lovely, clean and the beds exceptionally comfortable.
