I am not quite sure about what others experience about this doctor, mine is: * His receptionist at Westmead Private claimed that she was doing us a favour because they don't do anything for people who don't have health insurance ( which we have insurance, but we believed it is not nice of her to say that. What would happen if we don't have one?) * The doctor ignored us and refused to give us information days even though we called them every day for a piece of information that may give us relief. After so many days they haven't contacted us as they claimed that they would every time we called them. We ended up going to another doctor to get the surgery we needed, as the new doctor called it a matter of urgency and got us to the theatre asap. * We believed Dr Thilee wasn't capable to identify and solve the issue we had. Good luck if you come across him.

Dr. THILEE explain things very well. He listens to your questions patiently and gives answers for every single query. He never rushes to end your session. He talks in a very soothing voice. Thankyou doctor for all your guidance. Highly recommend him.

A great great great doctor. I can not recommend him enough. He is so caring and do not run after money. I have been to many different specialist doctors due to issues with my pregnancy in past and found him to be best. He will listen to you properly and will never rush during your appointment time. Please dont mind waiting time, its worth every single dollar you spent. Finding a doctor like him very hard these days. Thankyou Dr Thilee sivananthan.

I could not recommend Dr Sivrananthan any more highly. He is realistic, compassionate and has strong expertise. He doesn't want to sell anything, but assist. He was able to work under public health as well, which is hard to come by these days in the private sector. Thank you so much Dr Sivrananthan.
