5 Star Granny Flats

I used 5 Star Granny flats to construct 2 granny flats. They provided excellent customer service, their team is very professional. Whenever I requested anything from plans, admin work in the office or to supervisor in the field, the things were done very quickly. Both my granny flats have been completed and rented now. Can't fault this builder to honest. The industry is very hard and Sarkis and his team powered through rain, site issues and contract issues and produced an exceptional product. Prices rose and they honoured their contracted pricing. Very reasonable and common sense approach that worked really well. The granny flat is stunning and if there are issues the team is responsive (we had a knob break fixed quickly). It's such nice quality that we are achieving far beyond market rate. Will be doing our next build with them.

Dream house comes true! Our Granny flat was finalised in October this year over a month before scheduled to be finished. This has been an amazing achievement by your crew that battled absolutely terrible weather, COVId restrictions, Councils requirements and general hurdles throughtout 2021 and 2022. 2022 was a difficult year due to local floods and covid. Despite all the challenges, the team at 5 Star still managed to deliver both a granny flat and studio, on budget and above expectation. The job has completely transformed my home, and given us more functional space.
