Dr Guang Chen

I was treated by Dr. Guang Chen in 2022. He is extremely knowledgable in his field. He gives reasonable time and listen to his patients and explain things in details. He even discussed the reports with me using online meeting, while I was not able to visit him due to overseas travelling. I highly recommend him. Also Nikki (receptionist) was very helpful for booking appointment and follow-up.

I had booked a specialist one month in advance. Two days prior to my appointment it was cancelled by text. Yes, I was very disappointed. I was then given one referral from my GP, no luck not available until 21st December, then another not until 22nd November. Desperate I was, decided to do my own research found Dr Guang Chen. I read all positive reviews decided to make that call and I was able to get in the same week my appointment I had booked in a month ago. From that initial conversation with the receptionist I felt at ease and very promising. Dr Guang Chen, is very helpful and needed to get to the source why I was in pain alot eating solids. When your not eating properly, the brain doesn't seem to function and you've got no energy. Two weeks later from my first consultation I was booked in for my Gastroscopy. The Team are fantastic, called the next day to check how I went after the surgery. Then another follow up and then Dr Guang Chen following up 11 November. Now, I know why I was in pain constantly. I'm glad I had made that decision to do my own reaserch and I thank his previous patience who gave Dr Guang Chen and his Team outstanding reviews. If you want to be diagnosed correctly and efficiently I do recommend Dr Guang Chen and his Team. I will also be referring my family and friends to him. I've already started with my GP.

Both my wife and myself were treated by Dr Guang Chen and we believe that Dr Guang Chen is an amazing doctor who is very knowledgeable and is willing to spend time to explain thing in details. His bilingual skills definitely benefit Chinese speaking patients. Dr Chen is compassionate and intelligent. We would like to strongly recommend him in deed!

Dr Cheng was very professional with his knowledge and was able to help me with my h.pylori and actually eradicated it for me, what i loved the most was his caring nature and his prompt follow ups, he actually went out of his way to call and notify me of my results, would definitely recommend his expertise.
