All Residential Real Estate have managed our property since 2017. Their support over the years has been much appreciated and Ruan Pieters in particular has been brilliant. All Residential is responsive to our needs, they keep in regular contact, provide fantastic service to our tenants. Whenever we have had any concerns they have addressed those issues with urgency and to a suitable conclusion.

David is a great property manager. He is easy to communicate with. Very clear, listens and is open to tenant suggestions. He went above and beyond for me with dealing with a challenging landlord. He has been one of the best property managers I have had while living in NSW.

Mr David Vinson from All Residential Real Estate has recently taken carriage of my investment property and already has boosted the investment by $40 per week. A new 12 month lease has also been achieved. Prior to this, the property was receiving under market rent and was on an expired lease. Mr Vinson made my investment his priority, he introduced himself to the new tenant, contacted all the relevant parties including strata etc and has organised a property inspection, which I am attending this week. He did this via confirming the tenants best availability, along with mine, and made his schedule available. As a new mum, juggling competing and sudden last minute priories, I really appreciated this gesture. Mr Vinson has been incredibly thorough in taking up management of my investment and I feel I do not need to think or worry about how it is going and know it is in very capable hands. I look forward to working with Mr Vinson and All Residential Real Estate.

I was renting through All Residential a couple of years ago and feel it is important for future tenants to know what they are signing up for. From day one we should have seen the red flags and ran immediately. Upon arriving to inspect the property for the first time, our lovely property manager who I wont name was smoking a cigarette in the front yard and promptly discarded it in the garden as we arrived (Note that they claimed part of our bond due to cigarette butts in the garden even though we dont smoke). Throughout our lease we had multiple issues with the property e.g. leaking taps, faulty appliances, mould and more, all of these taking weeks and weeks to resolve. The only time prompt action was taken, was when we threatened to take it further. On one occasion, our property manager was ignoring our email for weeks and it wasnt until we emailed the managing director of the business that we finally got a response. I think All Residential Real Estate need to review the way they present themselves as a business. Some of the responses to critical reviews display a MAJOR lack of ownership and professionalism. I expect a snarky reply to this review however I can only hope things have changed since our experience. I will be actively avoiding any properties being leased through All Residential Real Estate in the future and I urge others to consider doing the same. Update: the response below is exactly how I expected this business to respond. All Residential actually gave us an excellent reference when applying elsewhere. We had absolutely no issues seeking a much better rental through McGrath. I would suggest you understand who you are replying to before you simply dismiss me as a disgruntled renter who received a bad reference from you. Thanks for the good reference by the way :) Second update: your updated response is baffling - you claim to not rent furnished properties yet you leased a furnished a property to me? I assume youre new, might have to go over the records a little bit. You can continue to claim that I am just a disgruntled tenant who received a bad reference to you but you are very wrong there. I have a close relationship with our new landlords who informed us of your very positive reference. Please do better in the future.

Highly recommended David. Hes the best property manager that you could ever ask. Hes professional, friendly and efficient service made my renting experience so delightful. I would give him more stars if Google allows me
