        I have had the pleasure of Dr Tom Pitham doing 2 Microdiscectomys in 2020. His bedside manner and care is exceptional, he is extremely thorough with pre-op and post-op consultations and I highly recommend him to anyone experiencing spinal and neurological symptoms.

        Dr Tom - there are not enough words to describe what a wonderful doctor you are. It has been 8 years since we met you in the most difficult of circumstances. From the first minute and every moment afterwards, a patient and parent could not ask for more. You are an amazing man who genuinely cares about his patients. Your caring and compassion was out of this world. We are forever grateful we met you. Wollongong is lucky to have you back.

        Where to begin. From the minute you open the door and step inside you are welcomed by a lovely smile. I was asked how I was , and if I wanted to sit down . It was then explained in great detail that I would be given an iPad with questions re pain etc , any problems , just ask . After this I was taken in to see Jane. Once again everything was explained in great detail about gathering as much information as possible regarding my health and pain. A lot of work goes into all of this . I was made to feel that I did matter . I left the meeting feeling so positive about my future . Top marks to everyone .
