        Walked in twice first time with another person I bought a 4 pack they bought a 6 pack. Came in 3 hours after and was denied service. I'm a ex security guard and rsa Marshall and im quite sure 4 drinks in 3 hours at home not at a licensed venue is legal and breaches no rsa law. Checkout server connor may need to do his rsa course again and that says alot seeing as they literally give you the answers to pass.

        I thought great service while in store, when I ask for vegan wines. Then after I had purchased and about to drink on Xmas day, I discovered that the white wine I had been recommended and purchased was not vegan. Not good, especially if someone has a serious allergy. Staff should know what they are selling and recommending. They could make someone seriously sick . Can I get my $$$$ back. This day and age staff should know what they are selling and if they don't then ask a staff member that does. My Xmas was ruined with nothing (alcohol to drink). Very dissatisfied and won't be back unless a refund is offered and then I'll be going to Dan Murphy's where they know their products and tags are listed with info.
