MediPlus Nursing Agency

As a retired RN and CNS with Westmead Hospital, I have now joined Medi Plus Nursing Agency as a casual RN. My stint with this new Employer as compared to other Nursing Agencies I have worked for in recent past has by far been most enriching and enjoyable. This is largely due to its CEO (Ms Clare Lee) who shares same sentiments as me in terms of kindness, compassion and care; as at times, she also provides actual nursing care due to exigencies of service. That is, she actually leads by example for no job is too small or too big all are honourable. Through her positive attitude, impeccable leadership, inter-personal and negotiation skills, she has been able to recruit a sizable team of professional carers (RN, EN, AIN etc) some of whom I met recently at an XMAS lunch organised by her. At that meeting, it became apparent that they too share the same passion as us when it comes to helping our clients (meaning Aged Care Residents). She always responds to my telephone calls and/or Emails within the shortest possible time even at odd hours. I applaud her for securing me sufficient number shifts every week; and of durations that suit me given that I am not only a wife - but a mother, grandmother and a daughter-in-law, as well. I love working for Medi Plus as it is led by a CEO who is compassionate, inspiring, approachable at any time and innovative (implementation of roster/ scheduling software), and she is always on the lookout for people to join her team offering a very attractive remuneration package. I work with Mediplus nursing Agency as an AIN and the support and coordination of Clare and team is impressive. The range of workplace exposure and pay rates are above average the market rates and the workplace environment is safe .I would recommend Mediplus nursing Agency as the best Nursing staffing agency in Sydney.Big up

Mediplus nursing agency is such an excellent organisation i have ever seen and i feel very lucky to be a member of this agency. I always appreciate clare for the immediate response any many more. I wish for the better success of this agency in the future.
