Nick kindly saw me on short notice to assist with wax build up that was effecting my hearing. He did a thorough check and was very helpful in answering all my questions prior to and after completing a cleaning. Excellent service and experience.

Have had my ears cleaned here a handful of times (maybe 5 at a max) and this is the second time I have left and developed an ear infection days later. Totalcare have done nothing but deflect the blame saying its definitely something Ive done and not them, even though I have had my ears cleaned by a seperate ENT and never had this issue. Didnt seem to be very knowledgeable and when I went to see my GP and told him they had squirted water in my ear he gave me a big frown. Incredibly frustrated as now I cant hear and two weeks after having my normally good ear cleaned its very blocked and congested again.

I needed an urgent appointment due to annual work medical pending. I had a blocked ear canal which would have resulted in a failed hearing test. Nick came back to the practice late in the afternoon , in the extreme weather conditions to see me. he treated my problem and I have since passed my annual medical. Many thanks to you and your kind receptionist who went far beyond what was expected to help me with my hearing problem. A 10 out of 10 for service and professionalism. Thanks Pete.

Knowledgeable, professional, patient, friendly, inspiring and excellent: these are but a few descriptors which come to mind when appraising this excellent audiologist clinic. As a first time customer, (and someone particularly sensitive about how my ears were treated, being a teacher and musician abroad), I was not disappointed. Nestled at the busy and traffic-bound corner of Castle Hill Road and Pennant Hills Road, lies a junction which is surrounded by various amenities such as 'That Burger Place', 'Johnnys Pizza and Pasta', 'Bakers Delight', a petrol station and Coles. With all the restaurants around, having a serviceable audiologist is the last thing you'd expect in this area. Nevertheless, within the local plaza is the Totalcare Hearing business which has convenient accessible parking onsite or is a leisurely 30-minute walk from Pennant Hills station. As I entered, I was greeted by a wonderfully warm and presentable lady by the name of Shantae who greeted me with positive energy and enthusiasm. She was able to answer all my questions and made me feel very comfortable for something I had never opted to do before - so initial impressions were good so far. Soon after signing in on the tablet and having a short chat about health insurance coverage, Dr. Reyes, my audiologist for the day, came out and greeted me with a pleasant tone that reinforced the friendliness abound in the otherwise small, yet clean and comfy clinic. During my half hour session, the interplay between what needed to be done and my curiosity in asking so many questions was very well handled by Dr. Reyes who began our consultation with questions such as: - How long since you last got your ears checked? - Any ear pain? - Blockages? - Infections or diseases? Next up, the physical wax removal was smooth as Dr. Reyes reassured me of the wonderful technology they had in gently suctioning away the debris using a tip and water machine. Needless to say, it felt very well situated in my ear with no drama, tension or uncertainty as safety was established. I opted for the listening test thereafter which included a soundproof booth near the chair I had operated in. During the test, I pressed buttons for indication of sounds, had a cochlear skull test, completed tests on words and sentences. The assessment results were both explained clearly and emailed to me as a backup as well as being mailed in physical form to my address. Beyond this practice, Totalcare Hearing offer services that cater to pensioners, hearing tests, tinnitus checks, children checks, auditory disorders, custom ear plugs and remote care - all of which can be found on their well designed website. You can take a free online hearing test in if you're not sure and shop online for various accruements. There are also various hearing aids, programs and support which should provide enough incentive to visit at least once! I would like to once again extend my gratitude to the wonderful staff and doctors at Totalcare Hearing for giving me a first class treatment for my ear issues. Will be definitely recommending it to others in need and visiting again soon.
