My wife and I always had an issue with heavy rains and the backyard being turned into a swamp. I called numerous landscapers and MAM Projects were prompt to arrange a visit. Mustapha observed the backyard and discussed multiple suggestions to build a retaining wall with concrete blocks, installing perimeter agi lines and concreting area with additional pits. He also recommended to raise the ground level, slope the water away and relaying the grass. With all these aspects, he listed them in a detailed tender and the price was still competitive against other landscapers. During the landscape works, he was always on site and working with a team. Whenever he had an idea, he would suggest it without being pushy. Even when my wife and I wanted to make variations, he would be happy to research the price and still give us choice between multiple options. Mustapha was very patient with our decision making and answered our questions. He was consistently taking photos of progression and communicating by phone/email after each step. If there were any issues or concerns, Mustapha was happy to discuss and correct. We are extremely pleased with the final results of the backyard. It looks wonderful and has given us inspiration to further decorate. We are happy to have chosen MAM Projects for our backyard landscaping.
