Given a choice between swimming across a piranha infested river or dealing with this company againIll take my luck with the piranhas. Started off OK but quickly became apparent that the communication flow from the sales area was nonexistent and they also provided a number of pieces of advice that were incorrect. Finally got to construction phase and was given 2 working days notice that there would be a 2 week delay which resulted in follow on delays for other trades who were lined up. When it came to construction it quickly became apparent that a roller door was in the wrong place despite me providing clear instructions on the variation (clear according to me and every other tradie I spoke with). More delays and another $920 for me to pay due the misunderstanding about the garage door. Finally got the shed up (the construction team were the shining light) then they overcharged me almost $1300. Luckily I kept track of every payment. I sent a long email to the manager outlining my issues and some suggestions for improvementshe didnt have the decency to reply. Theres a heap of shed companies aroundavoid this one!
