He explained the process very well and made us very comfortable. Choice of flooring was endless and him guiding us through the whole process made it easier and fair pricing.

I organised a quote for flooring with Daniel from the West Gosford store. He was punctual and bought plenty of appropriate samples for my perusal. He was extremely helpful in discussing the pros & cons of all products. I found Carpet Call had a good selection to choose from & would certainly not hesitate to use them again.

Great customer service from Clint who came out and was very patient with my indecisiveness for floorboard type! He was happy to give recommendations when I asked which I found very helpful and felt very genuine in making sure I was happy. I changed my mind over the weekend and the store was more than happy to get Clint back out with the samples.
