I lost 700 dollars in that shop. They gave me wrong prescription and after using the glass I had headache. When I contacted them both husband and wife misbehaved with me. I had to go to opsm to get my new prescription and new glass. I lost 700 dollars when it was pandemic and I was not working. I can't forgive this cheats. I wish police can close their fraudulent shop immediately. I had make new glass because they gave me wrong prescription which added up over 700 dollars. When called the shop for an appointment since I was in terrible eye pain due to wrong prescription they refused to see me which is complete unethical, wish to get back my money for wrongly prescribed glass.

I have used Factory Direct Spectacles for close to 10 years now after their business card was given to me from the Childrens Eye Centre at Westmead. It was the best recommendation ever. Never have I ever been given a price of each step of the prescription process. Ive been to the larger companies and shown them my quote broken down and they have responded Oh we cant do that we just give you the final price. I wanted to know what I was paying for. Having an optometrist onsite several days a week that has helped me by referring me to the University of NSW Eye Clinic at Parramatta rather than paying huge $$$ at an ophthalmologist is AMAZING The Team at Direct Spectacles are professional and accommodating to us as a whole family. Between us we average prescription sunglasses to reading to multifocal. We thoroughly recommend this business. You are not just another customer walking in. Their caring attitude and willingness to help goes a long way. Due to their professionalism, honesty and genuinely has made our family a life long customer to this business.

Great service! I just purchased my second pair of glasses this week. My original prescription from elsewhere was incorrect, and after a second eye test with them I could not be happier. Not only did they upgrade my incorrect lenses they also had a wealth of knowledge with what style multifocal would suit me best. Highly recommend service and price.

Highly recommend FDS! The owners are friendly, knowledgeable and offer advice on lens options and frame selection. The pricing is very affordable and they have a great range of glasses to choose from. Customer service is what brings you back to a business, and I have referred family and friends to them knowing they're in good hands
