I can't praise Dr Vu highly enough. During the time that we saw him, he was fully bulk billing all patients. Just so people know, there's a reason that most doctors don't do this anymore, and it's because it means not making a whole lot of money for them. From the time we saw him, it was clear to us that he was doing this because he was passionate about looking after his patients above anything. He was intelligent, kind, and took his time when we went to see him, didn't rush anything. We've since moved to a different area, and it's proving no mean feat to try and find another practitioner to take his place. If you're in the area to be attending this practice, I highly recommend giving it a go. The reception staff are all genuinely lovely, too.

Love that I have found this local gem! Dr. Kim is such a nice and thorough doctor who would take time to explain things to you instead of rushing you out like some places. He is also gentle with my baby as well. My whole family feel very comfortable and welcome when visiting this medical centre. Receptionists are also very friendly. Highly recommend.

It was such a relief to find this classy place! I'm a female with a chronic illness and have a hard time in past finding good Doctors in the local area. Dr. Vu is calm, a good listener and treats you with care. He is quite through and explains everything clearly. The waiting room is so clean, the bathroom is nice and big - space for wheelchair, baby change... There is always calm ambient music playing - such a good change from places with stressful T.V. and news. He keeps good time, I've never waited very long - nor have I felt rushed in my appointments. I really hope this continues as I think having that space creates the best atmosphere for correct diagnosis and helps leave time for more complex conditions. (So many places are crowded and rushed.) The receptionists are VERY polite, kind and efficient! (This is amazing as normally you find a good Dr but battle with reception.) I'm so happy this place has both. I like the nice phone manner, whoever hired the people here picked well. For years I've been travelling to Burwood and Bella Vista because I was disappointed by 3 other practices and gave up on Pendle Hill Drs for a while. Nice to go local again!

Dr Vu is the best doctor in the suburb. He is friendly, knowledgeable and keeps abreast of latest medical research findings. He really helps me make informed decisions.
