Origin Energy LPG Wellington

We havent had a delivery for over 2 months and have now run out of gas despite several phone calls. I keep getting text messages saying a delivery is coming but the next day get another text message saying the delivery couldnt be completed. We now have no stove or hot water. Ive heard of people in our local village who were without gas for 10 days during winter and they needed it for heating as well. I will be definitely be changing to another gas company. Origin LPG is absolutely disgraceful in its treatment of its customers.

Have been out of gas for 5 days with no delivery for further 5 days, used to be a great service at least twice a month . I think Origin have forgotten who there customers are, find another gas company.

Unreliable company, have been waiting at home since 8 AM today, received message after 6 PM, stating delivery would not be completed today due to an issue. Will re-schedule. Don't think so. This has happened on numerous occasions. Tracker is not worth the effort to log into, stating to come back later. What a joke. It is about time Origin Gas take notice of these continual stuff ups.

Worst experience ever, had a gas leakage, complaint them but no body came to fix up ,and, finally we ran out of gas still calling them to refill it but no one hasnt came yet and now its been a week, they are still making us fool by saying they will fix it today but no one is coming.I dont know how could be they this much easy with gad leaking issues that can even cause a big damage to anyone life.
