From the moment we walked in British Carpets in Waverley, we knew we had found the place to buy carpet for our home. Wayne is very knowledgable and the carpet is top quality. Wayne explained the different options and made the process very easy. Installation was excellent and even our painter said that Tony was was the best carpet layer he had seen. The carpet looks so good, the strata block decided to use British Carpets to replace the carpet on the in lobby and stairs. Thanks again for looking after us! Jenny & Tony

Proprietor Wayne lives and breathes carpet. His advice was invaluable and he was able to work around COVID-related supply chain issues to meet our urgent need for new carpet, and to try to meet our budget. His communication was excellent, so we always knew where we were at. And his carpet layer, Tony, is a star! He went above and beyond on the day, given the very poor situation left behind by the business we had used previously, ensuring that the new job would look just perfect.
