        The actual consultation was great. However, trying to contact them for the report five, six, and seven times greatly unappreciated. Phones unanswered emails not returned. I'd really appreciate the report. I even went in to where I had the molemap. Still no joy.

        Whilst it was easy to book an appointment and the skin check went okay (this was my first so didnt have anything previous check to compare this to) the customer service whilst trying to have an invoice amended after for my private healthcare was horrendous. Wait times were long, promised calls back which didnt happen. Accounts are apparently in NZ and going into a Mole Map here they advised wouldnt speed up the process. I wouldnt use this service again.

        No signage out the front, beyond hard to find and dismissive staff who laughed it off when I gave this feedback in a very respectful manner. I was 10 minutes late for my appointment because there was so signage out the front, on the building or in the lift and I got lost. They then failed to see me as next patient was coming, so it was only 1 x 15 minute appointment for $350 by a nurse. I would recommend saving time / money and booking in with a derm for your annual skin cancer check.

        I went in for a spot check and I was very impressed how professional the service is. The staff was very kind and friendly so I felt very relaxed throughout the procedure. Yuan the nurse gave me very comprehensive information about skin cancers. Highly recommend molemap.
