        RUDE! My first time doing tax, I went through VASCO, when I asked questions about things I was unsure of, VASCO laughed at me, then spoke very rudely barely explaining anything to me right, then he rudely interrupted me with a stern rude voice asking if I wanted to lodge it or not because he has other clients to deal with. Disgusting, unproffessional, never returning!
