Granny Flat Solutions

Recently we had our Granny flat built by Granny Flat Solutions. In fact we just got keys handed over by Joe and Tony this week! During the construction, we have endured COVID lockdowns, extended wet weathers, material supply issues as well as tradies shortages. It hasn't been a smooth ride. However we had very good experience dealing with Joe. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, approachable and prompt. Most importantly he keeps his promise. Services: Home building, Custom home design

We built a 2 bed granny flat and we were very pleased that we decided to go with Granny Flat Solutions after months of comparing the market. The team is very professional to deal with and the project manager (Sean) kept a very open and transparent line of communication throughout the entire build process. Where there were any issues, matters were promptly resolved. We were incredibly happy with the final build, knowing that we would happily live here should we no longer wish to lease it out. My advice for anyone looking to build is to compare apples with apples, you'll find that while GF solutions might be the cheapest option (as it wasn't for us), you should compare all factors that go into building and not just the tender price.
