Dr Bennett has been extremely helpful, caring and nothing is too much effort for him.

I have been seeing Dr Bennett for last 3months....I couldn't complain about his understanding and care....he is a very busy doctor...but great...if it wasn't for him, I be still struggling with pain and unable to live a normal lifestyle. Thank you Dr Bennett.

3 times in the last 4 months i spoke to a female receptionist and she is always "away" from her desk when we call and and says she will call back and all 3 times she does not phone back. she sounds friendly then just never follow through. what kind of receptionist does dr bennett have and does he realise the phone staff are giving him a bad name!.

Very good care both in hospital and in his rooms .Laser treatment is amazing from dr Bennett and from Linda.

I took my 89 year old mother to see Dr Bennett in July 2022 for geriatric assessment and report. It is now mid January 2023 and I still have not received the report that was paid for at the time of consultation. Since then I have made at least 6 phone calls to find out why the report has not been received by the GP or myself. The answer from his daughter who is also the receptionist is always the same!!! "I'm very sorry for the delay - cannot explain why the report is not on the system - will send Dr a message and ask him to contact you". I understand that Doctors are very busy these days but over 6 months for a geriatric report is not acceptable!! Dr Bennett at the time of consultation seemed pleasant enough but I would NOT recommend anyone to make an appointment with this practice let alone expect a report to be forthcoming!
