Booked a pick up 10am. Was advised pick up would be by 5pm. No one turned up. Stayed at home waiting for pick up. Rang Depot but they had gone home and spoke to Customer Service who advised they would follow up with the Depot but they could not until Monday as is was closed! They then asked me if I still wanted the parcels picked up on Monday!!!!

On two occasions I've been waiting for deliveries that never arrived. On both occasions the alleged delivery took place while no one was home and the parcel taken back to the depot WITHOUT leaving a con note or card or any other sign they've attempted delivery. On the first occasion I was able to collect the parcel from the depot. On the second occasion right before Xmas their receptionist merrily informed me they'd returned the parcels to the sender two days before I called to chase it up. I will never use this company by choice and warn everyone against them.
