Christina was introduced to me by a family friend. I was going through a stressful time after a marriage breakdown. I had heard of tapping and had tried a little with a friend which I found helpful so when I was introduced to Christina I knew it was what I was needing. Right from the start her compassion and care was so warming. I felt supported and knew I could just let go and trust her. The release I felt and how calm my nervous system was after our sessions really helped me sleep better and have more clarity. To this day I still tap daily with the tools I learnt with Christina.
