Hated my experience here. Felt like a guinea pig the whole time and like things were just being done to me. Left feeling uncomfortable and like I got nothing out of my time and discomfort. I would not recommend going here if you have other options.

Best prescription Ive ever received. Ive had multiple fully qualified optometrists tell me that my short-sightedness isnt severe enough to need correcting, and basically ignored that it causes me distress in my day-to-day life. I have severe astigmatism in one eye and every other optometrist Ive been to has tried to tell me that correcting the astigmatism is all I need, yet that has never addressed the part of my vision that I actually find unpleasant despite me trying to explain that the astigmatism really doesnt bother me. The UNSW student optometrist took the time to listen to me and cared about what I had to say, and worked *with* me to develop the right prescription for me, even giving me a temporary axis lens to rotate myself until I found the best position for my astigmatism (rather than relying only on the results of my tests), and didnt try to talk me out of wanting my minor myopia to be corrected. I was there for about 2 hours and Id gladly do it again. Being able to see clearly without squinting is a gift.

Best optometry clinic I have ever visited. The staff are extremely polite and professional. They were so kind. The treatment was excellent. Staff were very well attired, a pleasure to see in today's world.
