Called the surgery as I had one more tooth to get fixed but when i rung up to make an appointment I found the receptionist to be quite cold and rude, the other girls at the desk are lovely but I got put off by this particular staff member, i cancelled my appointment and booked elsewhere staff were lovely will be going there from now

Unfortunately my review is on the negative side. Phoned the Unanderra practice on Friday and informed the receptionist that I had an urgent tooth problem. Advised that they could only fit me in on the next Wednesday. Had to find an emergency dentist the next morning (Saturday) to get a tooth extraction. Not sure if that is the appropriate way to treat a regular patient. Will be canceling my future appointments & finding a new dentist. NOT HAPPY

Dr Heath Robinson is fantastic with my 3 children who go for check ups every 6months. Highly recommend.

Phoned @8am for an emergency appointment. Dr Jones fit me in @10am. Was met with the most friendly, respectful & professional service. Had a tooth removed & was home (and asleep) by 11.15 with such relief! Also cost less than half of what I expected! Thankyou!

I have avoided the dentist like the plague since an traumatising experience as a child. I was forced to finally go after a number of days with bad tooth pain & no sleep, I did a little looking and am so glad I found these guys. I had Dr Heath Robertson at Unanderra who explained everything very clearly, was very gentle & has a wealth of interesting stories to share to take your mind off the job at hand. I have now had 4 visits to repair all the issues I have had with my teeth over the past 35 years of neglect and am so glad I have finally sorted them all. Thank you Jones Dental, I think I am finally over my fear of dentists.
