Some human touch would help... Every time I go to the clinic I feel like I am less than a person, it is not like they are rude, they just don't bother to notice that there is a human being on the other side...

Most horrible people in this industry I was on massive pain Beacuse I have accent they hang up on me 3 times I rang them 8 times they keep asking me 100 questions Then they keep saying we don't understand you Finally they told me you need referal and x-ray I went to private hospital and I be got xray and referal for them I rang them again 3 times and booked appointment for 3:15 And again she said do you have referal and x-ray I said yes I do please tell me the adress she said Beacuse you didn't have me enough information I didn't book you in I rang again I said what kind of evil you are I am on massive pain and almost crying I 've got referal and x-ray please give me the adress are you take advantage Beacuse you are only one close to me and are available asap that's not right please let me come.she said you not happy go somewhere else then she hang up I am on massive pain middle of hospital with referal and x-ray and they wasted my time almost 2 hours then with massive pain in late afternoon still Be aware stay away from this place and I hope god punish them and leave them on pain for days and days
