        Ruby our ColliexKelpie mix has to be dragged in every appointment but always comes out smiling ( she smiles) and feeling and looking 100% better. This last appointment she had trouble standing for any length of time as she's 12 now, but the groomer cut around the area when she was lying down and she still looked great.
