Aaron at Andersens carpets was so friendly and helpful when we came in to look at the carpets that we decided to go with him for our flooring. The service provided was exceptional and when we needed help with our vinyl planks he went out of his way to help. We are extremely grateful for all his help and would recommend Andresens Tweed any day.

Purchased some vinyl flooring for my kitchen and it looks absolutely amazing. Service was great and it took about 4hrs to lay. Would highly recommend.

I called from Sydney for a timber flooring to be done for a house in Banora Point, and from the moment I spoke to the staff there to get a quote, I was overwhelmed at the way I was looked after. The prompt returns of my phone calls and the honest advice and opinion given by one of the staff (Josiah). I had faith and trust in him at the way he helped me out over the phone to get the job completed as promised. I can only very highly recommend Andersens to anyone wanting their service. Awesome job done by the timber layer and all the staff I dealt with from a thousand kilometres away. Thank you Josiah and your beautiful team there, will use you again in a heartbeat! Andersens Tweed Heads provided excellent services start from beginning to end. Brain, with extensive knowledge of intricacy details of different type of carpet, helped us to choose the right carpet; Aaron came to our house to provide measurement and a free quote; Then Dave and Carl came this morning to install the carpet nicely & professionally. It's a smooth chain fo excellent services. All of them are honest, nice and easy to deal with. We, our family, really appreciate Andersens Tweed Heads' top customer services, and good price as well.
