Ive been coming to this practice for over 10 years and definitely recommend them. Dr Joel is caring and thoughtful and always goes the extra mile to ensure you are being looked after.

They have recently lost two of their top doctors to another surgery and out of spite have been refusing to transfer their patients medical files. I had to go in and sign a form to have them sent over (great Covid etiquette), and it's still been two weeks of them saying they are "gathering it". The doctor said they are only sending 1-2 patient files a day.

Always had pleasant experience with doctors, nurses and receptionist. Thank you for caring for our health. Including my elderly mother.

Definitely avoid if you have any sort of schedule to keep. Waited an initial 40 minutes before seeing the nurse, who couldn't provide the infant health check up we'd booked in for anyway, before being sent back to the waiting room to wait for the doctor. Another 90 minutes waiting later, I just cancelled the appointment and left. Have been to this practice many times before with Dr Asence, however this was my first time "booked" in with Dr Soh. Gets two stars instead of one only because the nurse was lovely. Can't comment on the quality of care because we didn't receive any.
