Ray White Real Estate Toronto Lake Macquarie

I'd like to convey how impressed / overwhelmed I was with Kristy McCabe and the Ray White team at Toronto. "Above and beyond" only partially covers the effort and respect that was shown to me during the sale of my property in Warners Bay. When putting my home on the market I approached several real estates around the Warners Bay area, to my surprise there was a varying amount of numbers thrown at me, but the biggest factor for choosing Ray White was the "Respect" yep said it again, the respect and attitude shown by Kristy was what won me over. Kristy sold my property within 9 days, she sold my property for $40,000 more than what I expected and $20,000 more than any other real estate quote me... my property is far from a mansion, you could say "worst house" best street scenario, so the gains made were quite significant in my eyes. If you want a real estate agent that does return your phone calls, doesn't talk to you like your just a dollar figure, continues to discuss properties with you post sale (even advertised by other real estates) and just is a pleasure to deal with, then I can recommend Ray White and my new friend Kristy.. I have recently had the pleasure of dealing with some of the staff at Ray White Toronto. They are really genuinely nice people and treat everyone with respect. I would not hesitate to buy or rent through them.

Most unprofessional agency and workers giving the worst experience ever in any rental. Took over our lease half way through after the owner put the house up for sale after the second week of living there. Blamed the 1st realestate for not selling the house and 5 months later, Kristy still hadnt sold the overpriced bomb. Raised issues from day 1 and never got them fixed or looked at. Major health issues inside the house with mould since both of us have bad asthma and not a care in the world came from anyone. Kristy was pressuring us to move out and vacate the property due to it being an old house and the issues werent going to be fixed. During my work schedule of being on night shift they did not have a single care in the world and demanded that they had to have an open house during the day instead of waiting the 1 extra day till I was finished. Came through the house while my partner was asleep from night shift and Kristy had not a single care, talking loudly, phone constantly ringing on loud. After handing the keys back in they are still demanding more rent to be paid even though rent was paid till after the keys were handed in. Asked if there was any compensation for the brand new furniture that had been destroyed from mould resulting in it all being thrown out and left with nothing to move into our new home, but they wanted nothing to do with it and claiming they dont owe us anything. Whole experience was filled with constant lies and abuse from the absolute scum of an agency. I would never recommend anyone to use this realestate agency for anything. If they somehow manage to sell the house after its nearly been 12 months the new buyer is up for a big shock when they find all the truths that Kristy wont tell anyone since all she cares about is filling hers and the landlords pockets with scum cash.
