Toronto Eye Surgery

Excellent service for children! On initial appointment we were treated kindly and Dr Tsang is great with kids. Yeah there is an extensive wait to see both nurse and doctor so bring lots of things to keep the kids entertained. They did allow us to leave when drops had been put in and then when still having to wait called us when we were next which was refreshing to be offered as in other doctor settings we have had to wait in the waiting room which with a toddler is almost impossible. Compared to other paediatric ophthalmologists in the area it was fantastic!

I was having an allergic reaction to eye medication and she immediately reassured me and contacted Dr Jerry (he was on holiday) via email and rang back that same day with new medication and script. Such awesome service all round. Highly recommend Dr Jerry and his staff. You may wait a little while but be assured of the best care Barbara

My GP referred me to Toronto Eye Surgery with an inflamed eye that was not responding to medication. I was given an appointment the same day. Staff were friendly, service was efficient and professional. I was very pleased to have my problem resolved.

If I could rate less than one star I would. My 4 year old daughter has been at this practice since she was 3 weeks of age. Communication is non-existent; reception staff don't even try to acknowledge how far behind Dr Tsang is running. To have to wait FOUR HOURS to be seen is quite frankly unacceptable. To completely overbook because someone is a travelling specialist is SO disrespectful. To expect a small child to be compliant with the doctor after having waited for so long is just not on.

Wait time leaves much to be desired. It doesnt help when the lady on the phone is telling every new intake that itll only be 15 minutes. They need to get their organisation skills a bit better focused.
